Description: Led a $600,000 research project to align branding and communications strategy for one of the largest multi-campus community college districts, driving enrollment and retention.

Project 2:
Title: Expanded the Equity Avengers’ Audience & Impact
Description: Led the rebranding effort and drive communications and marketing strategy for the Equity Avengers, overseeing the launch of a new podcast, expansion of a virtual equity discussion and increased earned media strategy.

Project 3:
Title: Return to Office Strategy for Community College
Description: Developed a data-driven internal communication strategy to support a return-to-office mandate for faculty and staff of a large community college organization, successfully mitigating negative sentiments toward administration.
